School Readiness Program
Designed especially for kindergarten students, The School Readiness Program provides your child with a head start to school. After an initial assessment, the program is tailored to meet the needs of your child.
Your child receives a fun and balanced introduction to learning in the following areas: listening, perception, language, literacy and motor skills.
The learning program develops a solid foundation of skills and builds their confidence for future learning.
Literacy Program
Every aspect of your child’s literacy skills are evaluated to establish a baseline level of performance.
Their letter sound knowledge, phonemic awareness, blending, decoding ability, fluency and comprehension are evaluated to identify your child’s strengths and weaknesses.
Based on the reading, spelling and writing assessment a personal profile is created. Evaluating your child’s literacy will provide information for the next stage of intervention which will be personalised to meet their needs.
Numeracy Program
Your child’s understanding of mathematical concepts are evaluated together with the strategies they use when reasoning and problem solving.
Discovering your child’s level of skill set in numeracy, is essential to support their learning in the next stage of their mathematical development. Learning to use numbers and being able to think mathematically is important for academic success..

Feuerstein Program
Your child is mediated through a series of increasingly complex tasks that teaches them to strengthen their skills and become more efficient at learning.
Your child’s learning tasks are modified as their level of proficiency is enhanced. They learn how to be reflective learners and develop their own internal motivation.
This program that teaches children ‘how to learn’ is vital, as it equips them with the fundamentals of thinking and learning in life.
